It was a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were especially helpful. My flight out was late in the day; they gave me a free late checkout, and stored my bags until it was time to get the airport shuttle. Would stay there again in a similar circumstance.

I think the bad reviews are from people with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the shower worked. Overall a good place to stay if you need to get out early to the airport.

For the price, we will stay here whenever we fly through PhX. The shuttle comes to pick up right away at the airport. The staff is very nice, the pool is clean. Beds are comfy. My kids love the “vintage” shower. If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. If you want a clean place to crash in between flights, this spot is great.

For a basic short stay 3-star hotel,its descent, clean, hot water, close to airport with shuttle service. No roaches, waterbugs, ants or other pesky creatures and the wonderful scent of lemon Fabuloso and bleach greets you at the entrance door which means they are CLEAN. Very friendly and helpful staff too
