"This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the arts district of Phoenix. "Industrial chic" decor with larger rooms, concrete floors, metal light fixtures, and a very large shower which feels open but provides privacy. Everything is very new and fresh. Best of all the place doubles as an art gallery with a lot of interesting local art, and a huge lobby with attached shop/restaurant with excellent service and reasonable prices, healthy options for food. I will definitely stay here again, the price point was quite good for all the above. The parking lot in the back slightly pricey with open parking lot, right next to light raiil and a park. "
