"Room was clean & surprisingly big. Bed was comfy. The area leaves a lot to be desired. Noisy street people throughout the night. Place is a little sketchy, I wouldn't take my girlfriend here. If you're flying solo, seeing a show at the Van Buren or Crescent Ballroom, this is not a bad place. Not a great place, but..."

There is no parking lot for this property, you can pay 30 dollars a night for self parking in the public garage, which I suggest, because the valet is 44.00 a night plus tip before you have to deal with these idiots! You should request your vehicle long before you need it or else you will be standing there looking at the valet while he scrambles to figure out where your keys are and as you stand there sweating in the heat for 10 to 15 minutes while they are getting your vehicle, you could have gotten your vehicle from the public parking garage across the street and tipped nobody"

"The worst bed I've ever had at a hotel. It felt like a rectangle they use for display model visual purposes only. One solid block, no springs or padding or cushion. The price was cheap, and it had cool amenities, but at the end of the day, your sleep is what matters most, and it won't happen on these budget display model beds."
