Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport
Everything was amazing, except for the pool area. We went there every morning after breakfast, well after it had opened, and it had not been cleaned from the night before and towels had not been restocked. Other than that, the room, the service, and the breakfast were all very good.

The air conditioning was effective, but so loud you couldn't hear the TV. The TV wasn't a SMART TV so I couldn't sign into my Netflix account. The parking was safe and easy. My room was mostly clean, but I did find a cracker on the floor. My check in time was supposed to be 4PM, I didn't show up ...

Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts
The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it.
