"I arrived after 17 hrs flight and they told me they don’t know Expedia and kicked me out. I showed the my reservation and receipt - still they kicked me out. One of the receptionist told me I can share a bed with him tonight but I have to pay him. I contacted Expedia 10 times and Expedia to this day did not respond. I lost $400 and it looks like Expedia scammed me. I got stuck at 3 am on the street in a foreign country. I truly believe Expedia somehow stole my money. And they Didn’t even bother to respond to my messages till today. Anybody has suggestions how to spread this information so Nobody Ever Book With Expedia Again? How dare Expedia send me this review your stay request after I was denied occupancy? I don’t understand why they don’t respond to my messages? What is going on? How long am I going to wait! I am starting to believe that Wealth Mansion is not a scammer. Expedia is. And I was using Expedia for 15 years!!! Why are you people suddenly turned into unresponsive monster? "

"I stayed here for 7 nights while visiting Phnom Penh. During the week I went to Siem Reap for two nights but kept my room at The Plantation as the free nights offer I'd booked made this viable. The hotel consists of a number of 1960s/70s New Khmer-style buildings built around a beautifully restored 1930s French colonial villa. My room was on the second floor with a balcony. The room was very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean and had great air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The location is excellent and there are a number of great bars, cafes and a laundry close by. There is an ATM across the road from the main entrance. Everything you need to see is within walking distance or no more than a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away. The breakfast buffet was included in the rate and offered a good choice of Western and Asian options. Served in the poolside restaurant by friendly and efficient staff, it was a great way to start the day. Staff throughout the hotel were king and courteous. The hotel is also home to a French-Khmer fine dining restaurant, La Pergola, which was superb and I'd highly recommend."

"The room was incredibly nice, one bedroom, one full bath room, living room, and kitchen. Fully furnished and decorated with cozy couch. However, when I booked I did not realize I was not booking directly with the condominium, but rather a third party renting service (Soben Homes) did not make any contact with the actual host, luckily when we arrived, (and they did not have our reservation) the lady at the front desk knew wha was happening and was able to contact the appropriate host and we were able to get into the room, after that check in and check out was very simple and the pool and gym access made our trip relaxing, location is not too far from malls, museums, and restaurants, with a Lucky supermarket very close too. Expect an incredible stay, maybe not incredible communication. 4/5 stars"

"This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The room was just as nice as the 1st time where you get everything they tell you about. I will say that livingroom furniture was nicer this time. The only drawback this trip was that one of the guest elevators was down. They did allow us to use the maint. elevator for speed. In all the only real drawback of the whole property is it's location is across the bridge from River Street if tyou want that night life. The total win is that it's across the river away from that night life as well. Very peacefull and only a Tuk Tuk ride away. I do recommend using Grab or one of the other ride apps to save money on the trips. While we had complete access to the pool and othe ammenities, we didn't use them as it was Khmer New Year while we were there so plenty to do."
