The room was clean, and the owner is very friendly. There are some restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. If you want to get to other parts of the island and didn't rent a car there are local buses and taxis.

Location is nice, local transportation is right outside the hotel. You can walk to Great Bay Beach and Philipsburg town if needed (about 30 min). Restaurants are near by with good and affordable food. Room was cozy and pretty big. We enjoyed our stay very much! Specially thanks to Joseph who assisted us daily. Recommend to rent a car to explore the island. Will def come back!

Very clean, nice rooms also good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price is a great stay ! The area araund the property is not really clean. Lot of local people. The lobby and the rooms are located on the top floor of the building. Lot of stairs to climb, no elevator so not recommended for older people. Overall was a good stay.

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable with kitchenette, small living area, an extra bed and a bathroom with lovely rain shower. Clean, a bit worn, roomy. Warm welcome and the service was absolutely impeccable. General area also very spacious and cozy. All around I will certainly stay there again when I come to St. Martin again. Only disadvantage is they are on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, but they are building one I understand.

The room is newly renovated, very clean. My rooms look much better than the pictures from website. The hotel has everything needed to make a memorable trip and it has a very reasonable price. The staff Joseph is the best host I ever met in my 20 plus years of travel experiences around the world. He is super friendly and helpful. The common kitchen has everything you need to provide a simple meal. There are plenty of tables in the lobby/common living room for family dinner or large group gatherings. The hotel also provides free drinking water.

Don’t let the outside fool you, it is a nice place to stay. Not walkable to tourist places, but local food places and small markets next door, so that was great. (Recommend Gyro King across the street.) the room was huge- and the front desk was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and aside from some local music and a few barking dogs, it was quiet. Joseph hurried out bags up 3 levels as there is no elevator. Right before we left I dropped something in the bathroom and I wish I had not seen what was on the toilet. Other that- great.

The air b&b is really good. Clean, good services; they help you to carry your luggage’s up and down the stairs. You can also leave your luggage’s in the office before check in and after check out. You can use the kitchen: microwave, plates ect. You can travel with they local bus to the air b&b from philipsburg for 1-2 dollar. The taxi to Bobby marine was 8 -10 dollars for 1 person. The air b&b can organiz a taxi also.
