Beautiful property, beach is lovely. It is good to have a car if you stay here. The restaurants have good food but it is the only option, especially for breakfast. Breakfast only serves buffet which is 39$ each person, so it gets very expensive for a week

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was well maintained and my room was luxurious. I especially enjoyed the sunrise yoga session. The instructor was amazing, making sure I had the perfect start to each day while on vacation. The staff was all around very lovely. I would recommend this hotel for couples, friends and families.

Our room was a Deluxe room with Ocean View which faced the ocean with a view of the pool side. Loved this as could also hear the music from outside. Very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and approachable. At the beach area the staff/waiter/waitress were amazing, very upbeat and created an incredible happy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the staff noticed sun burn on my granddaughter and said he will get the "doctor" lol and brought another waiter whose name I dont recall but started with a "C" (of Indian descent), this gentleman was so caring he brought aloe for her to use and made sure there was ice in a bucket to keep it cool. The restaurants were great. Felt very safe there, great resort for family. The towel staff were very nice. This resort was absolutely amazing, everything was flawless. Would go back there in a heart beat.

4 star hotel. Outrageous $50 USD per day resort charge added (this is a hotel hidden fee not a government tourist tax). Expensive to get to and travel from by taxi. Lack of breakfast included is a down side. Meals are over priced. $200 USD for a beach/pool bed (these are free at Excellent hotels). Good rooms, helpful staff but Not competitive with 5 star hotels in Punta Cana for the same price or less (especially the all inclusives)

Every part of the JW Marriott St.Martin experience was exceptional. The staff at this resort are what make it that way. They are truly the best in the entire Caribbean and we have been to almost every island so can say this with thorough travel experience. The food is exceptional, the rooms are exceptional, facilities are all clean and well maintained. We went during the busy Christmas and New Year’s period and even with the resort sold out, you could always find a chair by the pool, they never run out of clean towels and you feel like you’re a special guest. Thank you to everyone at JW with special call outs to Stevenson, Anaika, Kevin, Leann, Dane, and Panurdang who made us feel extra special.

I loved everything about this property---the staff, location, facility, restaurants, coffee shop, and spa. The Spa was excellent and Idelis (?) was great. The lady who maintains the spa was also lovely.
