Clean room, polite and very competent staff. Parking great. Borderline neighborhood and WiFi went out, neither of which was the hotels fault and WiFi was fixed asap. Excellent value for the cost!

Homewood Suites by Hilton University City
The sofa bed mattress was the incorrect size and did not cover the metal frame and was stained I booked with this hotel because it had a pool, and the pool was unavailable but the hotel did give me a discount that was great

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
Club quarters is my favorite place to say while, I'm in visting philadelphia. It's the perfect location, plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Whenever, I'm in philadelphia, Club quarters is my go to hotel.
