Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia by IHG
Staff was not welcoming. The rooftop has limited hours on the weekend. Coffee not available in the mornings. Didn’t feel like a 4-star experience. Housekeeping was very sweet.

In the center of downtown. Great location and staff and breakfast. Sketchy people linger around though and they never sent back my deposit. There was absolutely no reason for them to keep it. Wouldn't recommend if you want your deposit back.
