The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges and I wouldn't recommend walking at night, but the apartment itself was cute and clean. The host was also very gracious and available whenever I needed them. 🙂

This “gem” has a very eerie feeling to it. Needs to be priced lower in my opinion. If I could compare to a hotel it would definitely be Motel 6. Good for quick come and go.. Hard uncomfortable bed, Flat pillows, dirty backyard and overgrown trees scratching on the kitchen window (which was scary at night), creepy neighbors, and you can hear everything that’s going on in the apartment upstairs. Also there’s mold on the wall near the bathroom and the decor (if that’s what you call it) gives consignment, left over, thrown together. I don’t mean to be harsh but I was very dissatisfied.This is not a gem but strictly a place to sleep. As the guest If I could give a recommendation to the property owner it would be to put more effort, and thoughtfulness into your property. Make it comfortable simple things like a nice matching bed set and pillows. Proper wash clothes and towels. Not hard dish rags and paper thin bathtowels.

The “room” was not the apartment pictured in the add. I booked based on what was pictured and got something else. They also tried to charge the cleaning fee twice.. the bathroom window was stuck or broken causing the bathroom to be too ice cold to shower.

For the pricing and last mintier nature of the trip this place worked very well and with a few small upgrades it will be a very nice place to stay. The bed is uncomfortable & the microwave wasn’t working. The customer service was really great and I would probably stay again.

Great space for 1-2 people. Walls are a bit thin and can hear everything in the room next door. I do wish there was a coffee pot. Would have given 5’s across the board if there was. Overall nice place. I’d stay again. If there is a coffee pot.

Nice studio in an interesting neighborhood. Friendly host. Great communication. She was very kind to provide items we needed. Comfortable bed. Clean towels. Near downtown. We walked and took Lyft to downtown. My only complaint was that the walls and floor were dirty, other than that I will stay at this property again. Recommended.

Overall was a great stay. But the cleaners for sure didn’t clean properly. There was curly hair on the shower wall and the floor was sticky. Also they don’t even bother about under the bed. Also none of the streaming services worked on the tv. But the room is really cute looking. The location is great. Nice quiet street. But definitely gotta get new cleaners.

It’s worth the price

It was mostly a good stay. I came to town for a conference and this was only a couple miles from the conference venue and much cheaper than staying downtown. The pros: free WiFi, streaming available on the tv, towels and soap provided, plenty of space. The cons: you have to push really hard on the smart lock buttons or you’ll keep putting the code in over and over without it opening and it’s noisy. The walls were thin so I could hear the people in the next unit on the phone very early in the morning and I could hear their kid making noise when I wanted to be asleep.
