Convenient for being in King of Prussia just a mile or so away from the mall.
The hotel is a little old, showing some signs of wear /tear.
Room comfortable, with multiple desk/table top spaces in the room.
Pillows were terrible, I think the bedding could improve.
Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Property is fine, but rooms are showing their age. Bathrooms are tiny. I had a room facing the highway, which was noisy all day and night. I stayed here due to proximity to business meetings and I needed fridge and freezer storage.
This property was very nice and clean. No cooktop. Front desk had hot plate when you ask for it. No pool or jacuzzi tub. Other than that we had a nice stay. Would stay again. Mr. David was very helpful.
Not what I expected for a hotel located in KOP. Didn’t feel safe; unhomed people in the lot early in the morning. Definitely not what I am used to with the Home2Suites name in lovely KOP. Will not be returning.
One plus was the breakfast bar. Well organized and stocked.
Nice facility and rooms. Loved the kitchenette!
I stayed for three nights, and housekeeping did not attend to the room one of the days. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment of items.
The air conditioner was making a rather loud humming noise and never shut off while I was in the room. I tried turning the air off, but the unit never stopped humming. I did not say anything to the hotel about it but some people may not be able to deal with that.
Staff was super accommodating, room is spacious and clean and breakfast wasn’t as generic as most of the hotels I’ve stayed at, not to mention all of the restaurant/dining options nearby. Would definitely book here again.

Staff was great and loved the available coffee and tea.
We stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room. The room was laid out perfectly. The only concern was the bed was a bit low for transferring my husband from his wheelchair to the bed. Our favorite thing was the oval table that was on wheels so it could be rolled to wherever my husband wanted to sit to eat. Great experience overall!
We were a family traveling with a pet. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We had a full size fridge, sink, dishwasher and dishes, king size bed and pull out sofa.
We planned according and requested a room away from the highway, as other reviews stated it gets very loud. We are glad we did!
The breakfast that was included was very nice! So many choices which we are not used with continental breakfast!
David, at the front desk was so nice and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.
Only complaint was our last night there, there was a bus load of families for a tournament that arrived and were extremely loud outside blaring music and yelling and talking loudly. It was after 10 and going strong. We called the front desk asking if something can be said so we can sleep as I’m sure other guests were trying to do so late.
We are unsure if they went out today anything, but the noise continued very late.
