"You need to do better when it comes to "accessible" rooms. The height of the beds is way too high to easily transfer from a wheelchair to the bed. Even if I was a shorter, able-bodied person, I'd have to hop into bed. I did appreciate having a shower head within reach and grab bars around the toilet. ..."
