This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District
When we got to our room, the air-conditioning was not working. We were traveling with our granddaughter and we had to have a technician come in and change the air-conditioning from the wall control to the window control. It was 80° when we got in our room.
