"Rather surprised to read the reviews raging about the manager/owner's hospitality, I guess our experience must have been personal. The manager felt short and rather annoyed with our few request. After a few days of hanging the "Please make up the room"-tag on our door we asked explicitly for our room to be cleaned, to which he replied they had a lot to do and would try to get to it. "We liked not being in the very touristy area but was able to visit multiple times per day ( if we wanted too). All staff were very helpful and the tour shop across the road accommodated all our requests. I would highly recommend this place if you want peace and a relaxing holiday. "

"Arrived by Longtail boat from the pier but you can walk into town( albeit up a steep hill but very scenic). No need to venture out if just wanting to chill and eat at resort- had all you need.Beautiful beach , great food plus a little shop and loved the bungalow. Quiet escape away from the hustle and bustle."
