I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! "We’ve now stayed at this resort twice and can honestly say the service is amazing every single time. On our first visit we stayed in the ocean villa with pool, which was absolutely incredible. This time we stayed in a garden bungalow and it was just as good in a completely different way. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and attentive — they really make the experience special. Highly recommend and we already can’t wait to come back again!"

"Other than the gym feeling a bit outdated, everything else was great. One thing to keep in mind is the tide level upon arrival — if the tide is low, the boat may not be able to get close to the dock, so you might need to walk a short distance to the hotel. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of."
