Good stay. Place needs some love by the owners

Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better.

Decent hotel. I was attracted by the charm of the place, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. We stayed in an annex to the back. However, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Wi-Fi signal was poor in our room.

O hotel fica em um prédio histórico lindíssimo, muito bem localizado, as instalações são boas e o café da manhã também atende bem. Pecou em alguns detalhes que não condizem com o que se espera dele: não tinha taças pra fornecer (compramos vinhos pra degustar no quarto e tivemos que sair novamente à noite pra comprar taças, pois mesmo com uma cristaleira linda e repleta no salão do café nos foi negado), nem água quente pra tomarmos um chá, também faltaram dicas de gastronomia e passeios, (esperado pra quem trabalha com hotelaria) e o principal: o ar condicionado do quarto não possuía a função quente, apenas resfriar (sim, acreditem, um hotel de Serra sem ar quente).

Já me hospedei lá várias vezes. Muito bem localizada e com ótimas instalações, só falta ter aquecedor nos quartos, os aparelhos de ar condicionado não possuem essa função. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

hotel razoável

Hotel não tem nenhum aquecimento, nem ar com aquecedor, o pé direito do quaro era altissimo, o que deixa o quarto ainda mais gelado. Pegamos 11º graus. O hotel não está preparado para o frio de Petrópolis. Sei que não tem como colocar aquecedores, mas entao que coloquem ar quente, ou disponibilize aquecedor portátil pra quem quiser. minha toalha tinha um tufo de cabelo preso nela. paguei por uma suite, mas se aquilo era suite, eles precisam melhorar muito. O quarto não tinha manutenção adequada, não é por ser em um prédio histórico, que tudo precisa ser velho e sem manutenção. o café da manhã foi muito bom. bolos deliciosos. Não gostei da experiência e não volto mais.
