Ana and her friend who mend the place are super friendly.They switch my room to the ground level floor because I have problem with stairs. The room is cleaned , bed made every 2 days, even though I don’t need it. The rooms on ground floor are more spacious than the room that we occupy on 1st floor"

"Aragona Palace in Ischia was honestly such a vibe. The location could not be better, right on the harbor, so every morning I woke up to ferries, pastel buildings, and the ocean just doing its thing. My room had a balcony, which meant I got to people watch like a pro while sipping wine and pretending I was an Italian movie star (reality: sweatpants, leftover pizza). The real highlight though? The thermal pools. They have one indoors that is all calm, quiet, and spa like, perfect for soaking away the I walked too much today pain. Then there is the outdoor pool, which is basically heaven: warm mineral water, sunshine, and that smug feeling of yes, I am thriving. Breakfast was classic Italian, pastries, fruit, coffee that could power a small car. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help, and honestly made the whole stay even better. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and why don’t I live here forever?"

"The staff were more than excellent. The room and the sea view/castle view were excellent. The breakfast was unbelievably excellent with so many food/drink options.
I didn’t swim in the pool as it wasn’t as blue as pictured in the advertisement (was a shade of green/couldn’t see the bottom) but the thermal pools were nice and relaxing. And the beach/sea access was perfect and well maintained. Would highly recommend this relaxing atmosphere with wonderful views. Everything we wanted to do was walkable and very close to the ferry port and down a quiet beautiful street."
