If your looking for just some where to stay and not want luxuries this would be good. Not in CBD but you can walk to shops n transport. Staff are friendly. Mostly located in the business n administration district. Rooms have cooking facilities

ほぼ毎年の利用です。数年前から無料Wi-Fiでとても快適です。金額は高くなったけど、水まわりなども心地よく過ごしやすくなりました。ただ、今回初めて枕がとても臭かったので初日から消臭スプレーを買いに行くほどでした。タオルの交換は頻繁にありますが、チェックイン後の枕カバーの取り替えや消臭を見直していただきたいです。

A Boutique place to stay with modern amenities. Quiet area, away frim thw hussle and bussle of the city but still within distance to the city life. Great surroundings to do you jogging or get your daily step up near the river or the garden. Great clean spacious room, enough for 2 or spoil yourself like me. All the room for me. Lovely restuarant diwnstairs. See my review on that. Great management, and unbeatable service. Clean towels, plenty of cofee and tea. Highly recommend it if you want a relaxing value for money endeavour.

Excellent location 100m from Kings Park and easy access to the city centre. Rooms reasonably well equipped but a little dated / tired. Nice restaurant / cafe bar as part of establishment. Area very quiet; noise from room above (kids we think) but we don’t blame the hotel for that. Settled down as evenings progressed.
