Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough
Great location with great views of the ocean. Incredibly easy access to public transportation. Also, lots of food options close by. The only issue was the poor designed shower. It flooded the bathroom every time it was used.

The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests.
