"Great property, ideally located between Como and Cernobbio, near restaurants and a 4 min walk to the ferry stop. The hotel feels like it's "floating" over the lake - all the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake with splendid views. Same goes for the terraces at the bar and the breakfast lounge. The staff were wonderful - receptionists, cleaning staff, bell staff, bar and breakfast attendants were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We used the simple but very well equipped
