"Room was very clean. Hairdryer and iron provided but no tea making facilities in standard room. Bed was comfortable but rickety! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was chaotic with plates, cups and food running out frequently. I would happily stay here again but would probably go elsewhere for breakfast."

"I had previously stayed at a Rioca hotel in Vienna and it was excellent so i decided to try the Rioca Posto 3 Munich. I was not disappointed. The Rioca Posto 3 Munich was excellent. It was clean and my room modern and comfortable. The building was quiet and i did not hear any road noise. The shower was amazing with excellent water pressure and hot water. The bar area was great to stop and have a refreshment at the end of the day. The staff were amazing at check in and during my stay. I was very happy with the price of the room. I needed directions on using the U Bahn and S Bahn and the staff helped me every time with simple and excellent directions. The U Bahn and S Bahn are a short walk from the hotel making access to anywhere in Munich very convenient. There is an Italian restaurant about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel and across the street from the restaurant there is a small (limited seating) takeout pizza place. I went to the pizza place once and had some spicy penne and and beer for 11 Euros and it was excellent. I wish i had of found the pizza place earlier. I would stay again at either of the Rioca hotels in Vienna or Munich."

"Ideally placed for travel into the City centre. Property is clean and staff friendly. No USB points in the rooms so take travel adaptors! Lifts can get busy "

"It was a great surprise. I needed a place for one night and I found a diamond in the roof. The receptionist was amazing, super helpful and very, very nice. She answered questions. She told me about places that I needed to find in the town. The room was actually five stars as far as I’m concerned. Very clean a living area with a bedroom. It was perfect A+ on this hotel in Unterhaching. "
