I had previously stayed at a Rioca hotel in Vienna and it was excellent so i decided to try the Rioca Posto 3 Munich. I was not disappointed. The Rioca Posto 3 Munich was excellent. It was clean and my room modern and comfortable. The building was quiet and i did not hear any road noise. The shower was amazing with excellent water pressure and hot water. The bar area was great to stop and have a refreshment at the end of the day. The staff were amazing at check in and during my stay. I was very happy with the price of the room. I needed directions on using the U Bahn and S Bahn and the staff helped me every time with simple and excellent directions. The U Bahn and S Bahn are a short walk from the hotel making access to anywhere in Munich very convenient. There is an Italian restaurant about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel and across the street from the restaurant there is a small (limited seating) takeout pizza place. I went to the pizza place once and had some spicy penne and and beer for 11 Euros and it was excellent. I wish i had of found the pizza place earlier. I would stay again at either of the Rioca hotels in Vienna or Munich.

Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me!

We loved the location of this property, very close to U bahn and S bahn and less than 15 minutes into Munich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. This hotel was really lovely. Clean, friendly and very comfortable. It was close to both the S-bahn and U-bahn which made everything very accessible, as well as having a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had breakfast once and it was good - lots of options as well as free tea/coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the Rioca!

We had a stay in this super clean, modern and very friendly apartment/hotel Rioca. The local station into the city is only a few minutes walk away, plus there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the small kitchen had all the essentials. The friendly staff were always on hand and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, in particular Mr. Cassano. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely plan to return when we are next in Munich.
