"Beach views were awesome. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Perfect location. Able to walk to most restaurants. Seemed like most of the workers could not speak English and were unable to assist us when we had questions. Our room had a perfect view of the ocean and was nice and clean. Maintenance was lacking though. Mini refrigerator was missing shelf and other parts were broke. Drains in sink and bathroom had issues with draining. Lots of people in pool drinking alcohol continuously and one drunk couple even had sex in the pool. Security very limited. Adult pool and another pool down from hot tub were not clean from sand and around the tiles. Lots of areas that just needed a basic clean up like railings and gates. Clorox wipes work wonders. Resort fee very high for what you get out of it. Many people complaining about it. We have been here for years and this was the first time we noticed this kind of stuff."

"Not what we expected when we first pulled up. The hotel has an older look to it but looks to be remodeled and updated. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. They have two nice pools and a small beach area. The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the sky bar and food there. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn’t try it. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, although room service was a bit underserved and we went a few days without any clean towels or trash removal. The breakfast buffet was also depleted fairly quick and utensils and plates were scarce. "
