"A great place for families. Rooms are small but that’s ok! Cortez at the sandbar was the best! Love that the beach chairs and umbrella come with your room- just plan on waiting at the hut for them to set up! Pools are small."

"I’ve been coming here since a kid. This place is very clean. The service is wonderful. Champagne toast upon arrival (included in resort fee) slide on beach, water fitness, stuff for kids like crafts and such, movies at night in the pool for the kids.. and little peddle boats that you can ride around resort. Not to mention free professional photo with their photographer on beach. (Have to call to set up, I recommend doing it ahead.. we didn’t get to get our photo) The pool side service with drinks and all is 🔥🔥 if in this area I recommend staying here. Been a fav since I was a kid."

"The room was very clean, and the sink was outside the small bathroom was a plus. I loved that the pool and hot tub had lifts to make it more accessible for all swimmers. The free breakfast was more than adequate, but I would have preferred a few daily changes to the offerings to break the monotony as I stayed for 5 days. The double queen room was a bit on the small size for 2 travellers and it was difficult to imagine 4 people and luggage sharing the room. The air conditioning was great! However, it seemed that our beachwear took forever to dry in the room so we resorted to hanging things on the rail outside the room even though the Florida humidity didn't adequately dry them either."

"It is a clean and nice hotel in terms of location, but the check-in receptionist is not very knowledgeable about deposit holding. Although I showed the Expedia receipt on how much amount to be held, etc., he said that I owe $900 and that it would be charged, as a matter of fact, what she said did not happen, the correct amount was charged. This was a little concerning. I have witnessed similar dialogues with one or two other customers. Other than that, if you don't keep the expectation high, it's a nice hotel, I'll come back just for the location"
