"The kitchen was too small to use, the balcony door was unable to close at the top, there were bugs in the room and the room was dirty in the corners and under the bed. No power outlets by the bed, all switches were at one place at the entrance. Location was fine, but thatâs about it. "

"I liked the aesthetics, lounge area, Banksy silkscreens and the knotty pine floors. As for the shortcomings, poor television and media options,(no international news or film options), only a single chair if the sofa bed was being used, no toiletries, no coffe maker, no teabags. Staff were polite. "

"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! Rooms all had fruit flavoured teas supplied but would have been nice to have had good old English Breakfast tea too! We bought our own locally in the end so didnât go without!
