"AC was loud, room was cold even without the AC, toilet didn’t flush."

"This place was okay for a quick overnight stay, especially since we arrived late and left early. The room is quite small, with limited space for luggage, and there were chickens and a rooster outside that made noise in the morning. One of the bathrooms had a flushing issue, but there was another one to use. It met our basic needs for the night, though I would consider a hotel for future stays. It was about 15-20 minutes from airport and 45-50 minutes to the port."

"Nice hotel. Busy and heavily trafficked area (1 mile from airport). Carpet throughout hotel needs to be replaced. Room clean. Certain furniture and decor in the room needs to be replaced. Bed comfortable. Clean linens. Clean bathroom. Great pool area. Great room view onto the pool. Amazing restaurant on the top on the hotel with amazing view of airport and city. Great happy hour! "

"We had reserved a room with a king size bed but the room was only two double beds. It was late at night and we were tired, and we had just walked up to the third floor because the elevator was out of order. We called the front desk to see if we could change but no one answered, so we just stayed in the room. Had to sleep in separate beds because my husband is very tall (which is why we wanted the king). We also didn’t realize there was a very loud nightclub as part of the property. Fortunately it stopped at 10pm but some of the spring breakers were staying at the hotel so it was noisy off and on through the night. Also didn’t realize there would be an additional resort fee of $45 (for two nights). The iron was broken so we asked for a new one. No coffee in the room which would have been nice. Had to buy it in the lobby (free coffee in the lobby would have been nice). Parking was free, which was appreciated. "

"The room felt humid throughout the entire stay, and the street noise—especially the constant car honking—was quite loud. The beds are full-size, and while the listing says the room accommodates four adults, that felt like a bit of a stretch. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room each day."

"Our flight was very early in the morning, so we waited until 4pm for check in but did not get our room til 5!!! They said it took longer because they were still cleaning just to finally go up to our room and the shower and counters were still dirty. We asked for another room and the front desk was very rude about it. Very upsetting. She stated it was a hotel and not a hospital and that the rooms are cleaned to their standards. Not a good start to the vacation. Breakfast was the same buffet every morning. The rooms were a decent size. We had two bathrooms which was nice and a living room space and balcony. "
