"Waited over an hour and a half at the airport for the free shuttle. They did refund us since we had to get a taxi. Apparently the shuttle bus was stuck in traffic at the cruise port. Then when it was time to catch our shuttle through the hotel to the cruise terminal It was running so late that we also had to get another Uber to the cruise port. Not sure if their shuttle service is very reliable if you're on any kind of time schedule. "

"The property is located near tons of place to eat, pharmacy, supermarket and near interstate. Nice Coby setting, pool is not huge but decent.. rooms are a little out dated, no microwaves in rooms unless requested. Didn’t try breakfast but was included.. shower was not great at all, barely got water to come out but sinks are so strong they wet your clothing lol. Balcony and patios are decent sized depending on your room. "

"It was good for the price and close enough to the airport. There are no amenities, they were doing construction so it was a bit of a mess. When the staff wasn't in their phones they were nice. Breakfast was advertised when i booked but there was never any breakfast "

"Parking was safe, room was clean. Staff was very professional. Only thing was the room smelled like mold & sewer water. The humidity in room was just not good. Felt like I couldn’t breathe the air there.We had to change room the morning after. The new room we were given had a smell but not as bad as the first one. We had to ask for febreze spray. "
