"This was a nightmare stay. First we checked in took 25mins for someone to come to front desk. Went to the room and when we went in there was a flood in the room. Staff cleaned it up and put towels down. Woke up the next morning to another flood which i slipped and fell on. The ac wasn't working. ..."
