Sad to say our flight is @ 7.55 pm U would think they would give u a late check without a charge or a fee!! Overall good value for money Staff very friendly and accommodating."

"One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport. The staff were all excellent, but a special mention to Jian in the lounge and then Mikail in the Pool House who truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!!"

The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. "Loved our stay. We had a big beautiful room, with a gorgeous lake view and balcony! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with bath and shower. The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great! The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too Buggy service was very useful and a great service! Had the best trip at Pelangi!"
