"Our suite room was large and clean albeit pretty basic. That said, the food at dinner was very good and the breakfast too, with friendly serving staff. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and changing rooms etc need a modern refresh, but the hotel is very reasonably priced and only a few minutes drive from the start of the Pen Y Fan walking trail so all in all a decent choice."

"What a beautiful hotel! The decor throughout the hotel has been tastefully designed. Our twin room was spacious with great views of Pen y Fan and a good size walk in shower. The hotel is in a superb location with free parking and easy walking to the historic town of Brecon. The restaurant is exquisite with a lovely atmosphere and very comfortable as are all the social rooms. We had a very enjoyable meal followed by a relaxing drink in the bar. Breakfast was delicious which rounded off our excellent stay in Brecon."

"Fantastic stay! 5*! Owners are so friendly and helpful - we can’t praise highly enough!!! Gail is lovely and a great cook for breakfasts and gave recommendations where to eat locally. Parking is a bit limited but we had no issues - be aware the entrance to the car park is a little bit tight, especially for larger vehicles. We had a wonderful weekend - thank you Gail !!"
