"This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture. "

One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. "Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or nonsmoking room. I'd reserved a nonsmoking and made the same request at check in. After long delay and conversation between staff that I couldn't hear, I was given a room that had no windows, and had an air conditioner that was loud and could not be adjusted or turned off. I'd just traveled about 24 hours, and didn't have the energy to request another room. My mistake. It was a non-restful night. If you reserve here, insist that the room...

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."
