"Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel could use a freshen up as carpets in hallways are dated and dirty. The walkway from the from the pool area to the parking lot can use some repair."

"Checked in a little late. We only came for an event so did not spend an entire day. Within two minutes, there was a power outage. I overheard guests coming back from the front desk share that it's because of "power usage." My daughter and i got dressed and used only the light in the bathroom (Only area that had power interestingly) then the power came back on. Steps leading to the second floor are taped up. The room smelled old, can't really find the word to describe it. When we tried taking a shower, the water was mostly coming out of the knobs. We got back to our room around 1:30-2 AM and came back to no power again. overall, not worth a single penny of the money spent."

"Breakfast was tasty, price was Average, pool was heated and the hot tub was actually Hot which was great. Room was comfortable and spacious with a few signs of wear and tear on the furniture."

"The room was nasty ….mirrors were disgusting…bed sheets were filthy stained. The towels were not white. They were brown just not a pleasant day at all."

"It’s a beautiful setting, our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff quickly dealt with a very minor key issue, everyone was friendly. We will absolutely stay again when return to visit Family in Ossining."

"The property is beautifully manicured. The buildings are old. One of the buildings is built into a hill so the rooms are on multiple levels without elevators. If you have lots of luggage or strollers and childcare paraphernalia that could be a problem. The parking lots are down a steep hill, so that’s a hike. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. I felt the wire coils in my back all night. I would not go back. "
