"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"Great place to stay. 5 min walk to Jimabaran Beach and their restaurants. Villa was amazing and large enough for the 5 of us. The staff was easily available with whatsapp. Shout out to Bagus who made our breakfast every morning and Ketut the villa manager who went out of his way and grabbed first aid items. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT STAFF!!"

We love the location of the villa, it is just 3 mins walk to the beach where there are seafood snd others choices of eateries. Villa number one is good size for a couple, we have a private pool which is maintained very well. The decoration is simple but well tasted. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!! "Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror.
