"No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues."

"The property is next to the light rail. Our TV didn't work when we got there. The staff fixed it quickly. "

"The staff were amazing! Hotel was quiet & clean. There were only two small complaints: 1. The room wouldn't get cold enough for us to sleep well. We like it cold when we sleep & the fan kept cutting it even though it was in the 'on' position. 2. The 'bars was only open from 5 - 10 & you couldn't get a drink without ordering food. The problem is that the 'food' was VERY limited, i.e. popcorn, fries, burger, frozen pizza. (Hector was AWESOME! BTW) Other than that.... it was awesome!"

"Parking in the back of the building was not safe since there were no lights and lots of people hanging out back there. The back door was never locked since they had a rag stuffed in it for people to come and go. We didn't feel safe and would not stay here again."

"Nice little room. Could have used a bit of detail cleaning for spider webs, doors, switch plates. The gap under the door needed a strip of some kind. There was also no hair dryer. We loved the mini fireplace and convenient location. "
