"The hotel is run by Lydia, who was extremely accommodating and welcoming to us all, including to our family dog. The hotel is a charming little hotel, in the countryside, run in a very personal way. It was in a strategic position too, when travelling across France, either to or from the Euro tunnel / Calais ferries."

"We have stayed here before and as last time, it was perfect. Charles is a wonderful host and when we turned up late on a Sunday evening with few local dining opportunities, he created a delicious platter of cheeses and meats for us, including an aged Brillat-Savarin that was just divine. He helped us get away for the channel crossing on time by accommodating us a bit early for breakfast. The room (Reims) was very comfortable, with a shower and bath. Highly recommended."

"The hotel has let itself go quite a bit, but apparently the rooms were done over and the price was right, so I thought I would gove a It a go. When I arrived, first impressions weren’t good. The outside hasn’t been done over yet, and it looks rough. However: service at the reception was excellent and indeed the rooms were like new. A comfortable bed, good cushions and quiet.
