"I’d like to highlight Francesco and his colleagues at the front desk/reception. They all provided exceptional service for our (rather large) party, who were all staying for a different number of nights. Everything was handled perfectly. And Francesco was particularly impressive, remembering the names of our individual party members throughout our stay. He seemed to be everywhere in the hotel all the time. Very impressive. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn!"
