Ho prenotato un soggiorno presso questa struttura dopo essere stata indirizzata telefonicamente dal personale, che mi aveva assicurato che la spa fosse inclusa nel prezzo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza si è rivelata molto diversa da quanto promesso. Ho pagato una tariffa elevata per una camera superior, ma al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che, secondo loro, la prenotazione corrispondeva a una standard senza spa. Solo dopo aver fatto presente la discrepanza mi è stata assegnata una stanza leggermente più grande, ma comunque non con la vista giardino che avevo acquistato e per rimediare, mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero offerto l’accesso alla spa. Come spiegazione dell’errore telefonico, mi è stato detto che la persona con cui avevo parlato non lavorava più lì a causa di problemi simili. Tuttavia, al momento del check-out,la spa mi è stata comunque addebitata! Nel complesso, mi sono sentita trattata con poca correttezza e presa in giro. Ho pagato più del dovuto senza ricevere quanto promesso, e senza una reale volontà di risolvere la situazione in modo trasparente. È davvero un peccato, perché la struttura è molto bella e il ristorante è stato una piacevole sorpresa: abbiamo sia pranzato che cenato lì e la qualità è ottima. Proprio per questo, l’esperienza negativa legata alla gestione e al servizio risulta ancora più deludente.

Soggiorno bellissimo e rilassante. Camera pulita, spa bella anche se parte di essa non è ancora terminata, massaggio rilassante, personale accogliente, ma la cosa migliore è la cucina e il vino prodotto proprio da loro veramente tutto buonissimo!

Struttura stupenda, personale professionale e super cortese. Tutto da 5 stelle: dalla camera alla Spa fino alla colazione. Da provare assolutamente è il ristorante, che è il fiore all'occhiello. Straconsiglio questo posto se cercate pace e anche cura nei dettagli.

Ci siamo fermati per caso presso la Pampa, per spezzare il ns. viaggio in auto. E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, l'hotel ha dettagli molto curati ed è immerso in un bellissimo parco, Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante, i piatti proposti sono stati davvero ottimi come la colazione del mattino dopo che è stata assolutamente fantastica. Bravi e simpatici i giovani dello Staff.

Pernottato per una notte , il check-in è alle 14 il check-out alle 10..(un pò troppo tardi il check-in , ma comunque vi mettono a disposizione degli spogliatoi per fare le vostre cose e usufruire della piscina esterna) La struttura è bella e di recente costruzione / ristrutturazione , l'avevo scelta per la SPA e per la possibilità di fare massaggi e altre esperienze, purtroppo quando siamo arrivati ci hanno comunicato che la spa (piscina idromassaggio , sauna e altro) erano fuori servizio , quindi inutilizzabile , per questo la mia recensione non può essere positiva , avendo pagato una camera 140€ per una notte e non avendo avuto modo di utilizzare i servizi dalla struttura non vale la pena per quel costo, perchè con la stessa fascia di prezzi ci sono strutture decisamente migliori e attrezzate. Altra piccola nota negativa ,sul cibo , abbiamo mangiato li a pranzo, ordinando un "tagliere" di salumi che dovevano essere artigianali ma non credo proprio che lo era e il prezzo eccessivo per la qualità e quantità del cibo ricevuto ,mentre la pasta era buonissima anche se a costo troppo elevato , la colazione troppo restrittiva , solo cornetti vuoti , una crostata , cereali e un dolce fatto artigianale.. ritornando al discorso di prima pagando una certa cifra si aspetta qualcosa di maggiore come aspettative.
