"Check in and out was easy. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious with 2 king beds. The room and the bathroom was clean. The decor needs to update. There was a dinning table at the corner of the room, 1 side of the table was by the wall, 1 side was by the window, and there were 2 single sofa on 2 the other 2 sides of the table. Seating on the sofa was not appropriate with the height of the dinner table. It would be better to have dinner chairs instead. There was no air conditioning in the room. Fortunately during our stay, the outside temperature in the early morning and evening was between 1 to 4 °C, midday was from 10 to 20°C. We had one desk top electrical fan which helped cooling the room before bedtime. We loved the outdoor hot tub, indoor swimming pool and the sauna. The location of the hotel was great and convenient to nearby sceneries and attractions. Our overall stay and experience was great."

"I loved the lake front and sitting on the docks. I loved walking to Pyramid Island. And, of course, I loved the view. As to the Lodge, it was a perfect size and the staff very friendly. I will I could have stayed longer."

"The room in the lodge was average and felt significantly overpriced for what was provided. Although the property was not fully booked, no room upgrade was offered. When I asked about getting ice, I was told the ice machine was located across the park, which was quite inconvenient given that we were staying in the lodge. Overall, the experience did not match the price paid."
