For the price we paid, we expected a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we encountered ants and dead cockroaches in the room. The air conditioning was very noisy, and the bathtub was dirty. There was trash and cigarette butts on the floor under the sink. The location was also very inconvenient for getting around. We often had to walk along the side of a busy road, which felt unsafe, and it was difficult to get a Grab or other transportation. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. We will not be staying here again.

The facilities looked nice and the staff was friendly upon check in. However, our deluxe 2 bedroom was highly disappointing. The shower was so gross we had to wear shoes while showering and couldn’t touch the walls. There was hair, dirt, spills etc. on the floors of the bathrooms and living quarters. Our couch with pillows had multiple stains and dirty spots. The hot tub on the veranda had a dirty film from the water line down to the bottom. We politely asked them to clean it immediately after we checked in but it didn’t make much of a difference. Finally, the spa was closed for our entire stay.
