The hotel is close to everything: historical center, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Great breakfast, clean room, laundry opportunity - everything is above and beyond! "llegué al hotel y no me dieron mi cuarto sino hasta las 6:00 pm porque no habia agua en todo el hotel, no se podia ni usar el baño del lobby. ni siquiera me compenaron por las horas perdidas. la zona del bar / mirador estaba en reparaciones y no es nada de lo que ofrecen en las fotos."

"This is a great hotel. Unfortunately the room opposite mine had their tv on so load I could hear it despite being on the opposite side of the corridor, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. They asked them to turn it down but I could still hear it at 4:30am! I would nevertheless stay here again because the hotel itself is great and the staff and service is excellent and location is close to everything you want as a tourist."
