"Excellent location directly on Plaza de Armas. Great rooftop for a generous breakfast à la carte menu or a sunset drink. We stayed in a suite which had windows with views of the plaza which was great. The front desk staff is so friendly, and housekeeping did a great job."

"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6.
