"- The room was clean although I was surprised to see the side of the bottom sheet on the bed in one of the rooms to be torn and some kind of stains likely burn stains from laundry pressing iron. A torn and burn marked sheet should be replaced by housekeeping staff when seen. - Air conditioning was great - the weather was extremely hot (39+ celsius) during our stay so A/C was almost essential. - We booked 2 rooms - one room was as ordered but the other was not - the hotel desk advised that it was Expedia's fault that we did not get the second room as requested/booked. The hotel said that Expedia should have advised us upfront that the second room requesting twin beds for 2 brothers (in their 20s) was not available for our planned stay dates rather than just taking the reservation and taking our payment. Ultimately, the 2 brothers ending up sharing one bed which was in the room the hotel assigned on check in. Booking with Expedia was done several months before our stay so I will be cautious in future when booking with Expedia to ensure we get what is required or try another online site which gives better description of the room type and features than Expedia provides. - Staff very nice. In summary the hotel was very good, and would have received a very high score if we had gotten the second room with 2 beds for the brothers aged 20s."

"For a relatively low-starred hotel, this was a real gem. The check-in process was hassle-free and the reception area and lounge to the rear was cool, air-conditioned and pleasant. The room had everything we needed and was clean, as well as the bathroom. There was a really good variety of breakfast options each morning and the hotel was near to the Metro and other shops and restaurants to make a really good base for exploring the city"

"Close enough to get to all the amazing places in Paris! Our apartment was clean and efficient with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it had the best pillows I've ever used at a hotel. The main downsides were no air conditioner and the washer/dryer did not actually dry any of our clothes. We had to pack damp/wet clothes when we left."
