"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"Location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions, tube stations, restaurants/pubs, and shopping. Traveling with 6 adults and home offered plenty of space. The fifth bedroom is on the first floor near the front door while the other four were on the second floor. Beds are doubles and smaller. Both bathrooms are on second floor. Kitchen is on the smaller side and did not come equipped with pans or pots for cooking but when brought to owner's attention, a pan was delivered. "

They didn't answer my call and did not respond to my e-mail. "The house has potential but needs some improvement. The cleanliness could be better. it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. A few spotlights weren’t working, and one of the bed frames was broken, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great and worked well. Communication with the host was generally good, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. With a few fixes, this place could be much more enjoyable. "

"Great location, views are amazing and transport links are good. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Some money has been spent in the lobby area to modernise it and it looks fab, lots of work is going on to improve the outside area too. The breakfast is brilliant, variety of choice and quality of food is excellent. The bedroom was a little tired, the fixtures could do with updating, and the bathroom - although clean - was showing lots of wear and tear. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, will stay here again, and would definitely recommend it as a great base for a trip to London."

"We stayed here for one night for my daughter's birthday. The location is brilliant for various sightseeing activities and we got a cab to the West End for a show. The hotel was really lovely and the staff very helpful. They had accidentally left a complimentary bottle of fizz in the room for someone else and when I called them about it they said I was very welcome to keep it, which was a nice touch. We paid for a room with a nice view (London Eye, Big Ben etc), which was definitely worth it. The room itself and bathroom were lovely. The hotel very helpfully has a place for you to arrive earlier in the day and store your suitcase so you can go sightseeing. The only downside was that when we came back at the official check in time, the room was not ready and we had to sit around for a long time waiting - not ideal. Overall, a very nice one night stay."

"CitizenM Hotel in London was everything it was advertised to be and more. The room was very modern, comfortable, and high tech and the breakfast was great! It is also close to major attractions, souvenir shops, and restaurants. That said, this is your place to stay when visiting London!"
