"I booked and paid for two rooms through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was only given one. Even though I showed my confirmation for two rooms, the hotel refused to fix the mistake. I ended up paying double for what I actually received. ​On top of that, the hotel is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained and clearly not looked after. "A pousada é bem bonita, muito be localizado e de fácil acesso. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo para casal porém os travesseiros eram muito altos e duros, quando cheguei notei que haviam várias formigas (aquelas de açúcar) pelo quarto todo - minha mala voltou cheia delas. A tampa do assento do vaso não ficava aberta e a piscina estava suja, a água estava com uma cor leitosa ao invés de translúcida. No geral a experiência foi ok porque fiquei o dia fora, mas nos momentos que tentei aproveitar as...
