"Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas algumas áreas parecia que estava meio que abandonadas. Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu. E a pior das situações foi a falta de água quente nos chuveiros, tomamos banho todos os dias, em águas...

"Acomodação sem toalha de banho, sem papel higiênico.
Banheiro sem um kit de acessório para papel e toalha,
Tampa do vaso sanitário, quebrada e rachada.
Vaso sanitário solto.
Janela sem privacidade com vizinho.
Ar condicionado muito sujo.
Quarto além de pequeno .tem uma cama de solteiro , que deixa o quarto ainda mais sem espaço.
Sem lugar para deixar a bagagem.
Apesar de verificar as avaliações da propriedade, a unidade que fiquei, apresentou esses falhas no serviço.

"Staff was nice. Location is awesome. But the bedroom was not clean and the bathroom was dirty. Bed linen was clean and fresh but the floor was dirty and the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Very noisy neighborhood at late hours. "

"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate.
The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...
