El personal fue muy gentil y el check in fue hecho en un instante. Sirven un desayuno bueno. Es una gran opción para quedarse en Parma. (está a muy poca distancia de la estación de trenes ( un kilómetro aproximadamente.) O sea, que si se viaja con Carry on, se puede perfectamente ir caminando hasta el hotel."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished in keeping with the style of the property but with all the modern conveniences and the staff are all so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there is an excellent restaurant next door for dinner. Its an easy 15 minute walk through the park opposite to the town center and I felt very safe as a single female."

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...
