"The Holiday inn express had its quality it’s known for, the breakfast was amazing! But we could not secure a taxi and had to walk 20min with luggage to the hotel that was far from everything. It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay."

I was disappointed that the bar was not opened as it was advertised as having one. Maybe it is open during the Summer. As a solo traveller, I like the option of having a quite drink at nighttime at a hotel. However, this is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed my stay and I will consider staying here again when I next visit Parma. "
