"The place is extremely clean and the staff is incredible. I will stay here every time we are in Toronto, based solely on the location and wonderful staff. My only feedback is spend some money updating the televisions to smart TVs and allow the guests onto the balcony. The dated items are not ideal especially for those who stay for more than a week like we do. Minor things to make the experience even better."
