"difficult check in with 2 young kids who were tired after 3 hours' drive, arrived 2:45 PM and requested Ealy check-in, was told that room was not ready and asked me to wait, i saw there was a big line and everyone else was getting room key who arrived around the same time. room was congested; Sofa bed was not comfortable and extra sheets and blanket were not provided. "The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Hair in the sink and crumbs on the floor. Uncomfortable situations with odd men knocking on the fitness room doors asking to be let in, made us uncomfortable and leave. When he came back he had the door propped open..didn’t feel secure or safe. "
