"The room seemed hastily cleaned. I had to ask to have the desk chair changed because it was extremely soiled. And the two times I stayed here, I needed to swap rooms after check in because the shower's didn't drain properly. The second room was almost always better. But I eventually went and purchased drano for the shower drain. Breakfast was very good. Waffles daily, juice, sausage, and a choice of cereals and breads. Better than paying for Waffle House. Staff tend to be 2-3 star. But they basically give you what you want, if you ask. I had to have my keys reset at least 3 times in one stay, an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Parking is free and cool. I have always been look out and see my car from my room. Work out area is basic, but there is a planet fitness about a 10 minute drive away. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of outlets. "

"Room did not have face wipes. The milk was over in breakfast section. Do not know but no ine came to clean vedroom in morningbafter one day stay. The toilet lock was kind of broken. It injured my finger while usinng it. "

"Room was clean, shower gel dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work but the others did. Bed mattress was a little to firm for me and the pillows were a bit to soft, but that’s my preference. Pool was supposed to be heated but didn’t seem to be, it was quite cold and I didn’t get in past my feet. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!"

"The most the did was drop off 1 box of tissues. Not once over a 4 day stay did they refill, replace or clean anything. No breakfast. Room key didnt work half the time. Carpets were the grossest i have ever seen in my life. "

"It was fine. We opted for the deluxe loft room which we were really excited about and thought it would be on the top floor with a cool view. Instead they are on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the parking garage. It was extremely disappointing. The TV was just a cable box so no way to cast Netflix or any other type of content. It was a OK room but I would never stay again. "

"First started with ver pleasant check in staff!! Very polite. Rooms were very clean and the hotel in general. The pool and hot tub were working and heated. "

"I thought the hotel was amazing. My room wasn’t ready when I got there, but they were very kind and gave me a voucher to go get a cup of coffee and something in their little café. The service was top-notch. I cannot wait to go back again."
