"The staff were very accommodating and welcoming, especially the desk clerk. She helped us immensely after we had had issues with a VRBO accommodation. (Sorry, I don’t remember her name!) The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment. I would definitely return when in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area."

"Love the renovated rooms. I used to frequently stay at Riverside before we bought a condo on Las Olas 2 years ago, but just sold as we moved out of state. I was back for closing, and it was so good to see my old friends in valet (Kevin) and at Lion's Bar (Will), who both remembered and welcomed me back. I will definitely stay at Riverside in the future whenever we visit Las Olas. "

"This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites' Hotel. I love the open air concept. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning had a wonderful variety of tasty foods. The property had many indoor and outdoor options for seating and relaxation. Jessica and Andy both talked with us about future vacations. My friend/ sister and I enjoyed talking with them both. We also appreciated being able to take a shuttle from the hotel to our cruise port. Directions were clear, and the ride was pleasant. Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! "
